Re-entry permit is not responding. Please help

Hello guy,

I applied the re-entry permit last December 2013 and got the receipt for charges. I went for biometric finger printing on Jan 30th 2014. Later than that I still haven't received my reentry permit yet. The problem is I don't know where I put my receipt so it is missing. Now I don't know how to follow and my case and I don't know who to call.

Please help me if someone know how to solve this one. Thanks
