hi, i got married to an american girl and i got my permanent residency, after a couple of years i got busted at the border of california with marihuana, i did time in prisson and i got out, i have young children in the U.S. and still married, i got deported for 10 years and i was wondering if there is a way i can get back to be with my family in a legal way, its been 4 years since i got out of prisson and now im in mexico, i really need to get back to my kids, so if anyone can help me out before i get an attorney it will be great, thank you.

You should try to find good work in Mexico and bring your wife and daughter to live with you there.
It will be a lot easier for them to join you in Mexico than the other way around.

Being in the U.S. isn't the answer to everyone's dreams.
