Notifying INS that left current job who sponsored his GC employer.

How would one do that, using what form?
If GC holder quit and join another employer, you are not required to call INS and tell them so.
You need to fill I9 but this is left with the employer. If you move to a different city you need to fill AR11. Some people may need I90 filed.
