My dad stayed out of US for about 2 years due to health issues and had to apply for returning resident visa.
This week he received his visa but expiration date is February 10 2015.
Due to other family reasons he can't travel until March 2015. Is it possible to get the expiration date changed? if so, what is the process like and has anyone else had this issue?
