  • My Green Card Experience

    Dear friends,

Here is a link to a report of my immigration experiences. I have shared in this account my Green card experience and have included some free advice as well.

Latest news coverage, email, free stock quotes, live scores and video are just the beginning. Discover more every day at Yahoo!

When you click on the link, it opens a new window. If it gives you the "page not found" error, click on the URL location in your browser and press enter. If that doesn't work, fiddle with it a little like copying and pasting the URL over itself and pressing enter. If it requests permission to open a PDF file, permit it to open.

Sorry for the trouble, but I am a web page novice. I am working on having it posted on a more established site and will post that link if it becomes available.

I request you to pass this along to any one who may be interested in the Green card process in the hope that others have a more informed and speedy passage through the Green card process.

Best Regards and Good Luck in your GC endeavor.

    your pdf file

I have had a really bad day and, BTW I made a lot of mistakes on my GC process including the ill fated SFO entry. But i really loved reading your pdf file. I think you have done a great service to the immigrating wannabe community

      Good job !

I just loved reading your description. Can relate a lot to it as my GC experience has virtually ruined our family happiness and life. I go it finally in 4 years and 2 months and made the mistake of entering at SFO, so I am now waiting for the plastic card. Hope I will get it in this life.

The main villain in my story is SESA (CA), I applied for GC in Nov 96 and RIR was not even heard of that time. So did go ahead and applied for it. SESA took 2 years and 10 months to send my application to DOL. They lost my papers, sent wrong assessment notice, kept file on shelf for 11 months waiting to send us a notice to place ad, etc. etc.

Only good thing about this whole episode is my company, being a smaller company they helped me tried everything that they could.
