Hello,
I have several questions:
1. How long does it take to receive new and updated green card after I took the bio metrics? I updated my name on the card.
2. I called to check the status and the agent told me that they are currently processing May 12 2014 case, I submitted my several months after that. How fast do they move? Where can I see this information and track their progress? She told me I could view it online but I can't find it.
