Plastic Card Received. POE: LAX

I received my plastic card from CSC and thank god, everything on the card is correct
I'm so glad my ordeals with the INS are finally over!!

Here are the details:

Date: 11/01/2000
CP at Hong Kong
Class: E12
Card received on 4/19/2001

The card was mailed from Corbin, KY and has the return address of CSC on the envelope.

Plastic Card for POE LAX

My POE Date is 11/19/00, and I am still waiting for my cards. But my friend entered LAX almost the same time as I did, the only difference is that he lived in California while I am not. But he received his plastic card in February. Can anyone throw some light here, what's going on?
