SB-1 visa for a child

My kid received Green Card in 2010, she is in India for last 3 years since Jan 2012, staying with her grand parents. I am planning to bring her back to US. I understand she needs to apply for SB-1 visa. I schedule her for a visa interview in Mumbai. If the SB-1 visa approved does she need to go through Immigrant visa process (DS-260, medical exam). It is mentioned in couple of places that Immigrant visa process is required whereas some places didn't mention about the Immigrant visa process. Also in the DS-117 application I would like to know what has to be filled on No. 8 (Previous Immigration Record), do we need to fill the in the H-4 visa details prior to green card?

SB-1 Visa for Child

I have also the similar case. My daughter received Green Card in September 2013, she is in India for last 2 years since December 2013. I am planning to bring her back to US after March, 2016. After looking many forum, looks like she needs to apply for SB-1 visa or I-824?? I am still trying to find what will be the best option to bring her USA.
Any information help is highly appreciated.

I spoke to couple of attorney's and I was told that SB1 is for special cases only, ex: health related issues that are beyond our control. If you have strong reasons that you can prove that are be young your control then you can go for SB1
