Dear forum members,
My parents are retired and have sponsered me for USA immigration however they have already applied for re entry permit twice and are now preparing to head back to USA with the hope of re applying for a re entry permit for a third time.
Can somebody guide me if this is possible in their case as I mentioned they are retired and have every intention to base in USA but ofcourse need some support like me.
Should the application process for re entry permit be the same as before and can they mention expedite on the form for faster processing.
