Reentry permit for green card holder: (not expedite)
Feb 27th - application mailed to uscis
Mar 10th - Form I-797C received dated Mar 4
Mar 5th - application fee amounting to $445 debited to my bank account..
April 8th service request(SR) generated for non delivery of biometric appoinment
April 16th got an email that the case was transfer to nebraska from NBCto speed up the processing
On April 23rd i called uscis again to follow up, they told me that my case has not cleared all required security checks at this time. That they cannot provide a specific date on which a final decision will be made on my case. And try to call again on may 8th to follow up the status again of the SR.
--are there anyone here experience like this? It was almost 60days now but still no biometric appoinment for my case.. Please share your experience....
