I have two questions.

1. I got my temp green card and I am planning to quit my company very soon. Is there any specified time, I should work for my company? I haven't received my plastic card.It is really confusing.

2. Is there anything My company can do to revoke my green card. I don't know, how much my company knows about the green card and it's rules. In the past when people working on H1 left them, they reported INS. I am not sure what they are going to do in this case.

Changing employer after getting GC

FYI,

I had talk with two lawyers and they say, though there is no law which defines the period one has to work for the employer who processed your green card.

Aggressive Lawyer's suggestion : 3-6 Months
Conservative " " : 6 -12 Months

In my view, 3-4 months is a good enough time.
