Greencard Rentry Issues ?
I have marriage based GC and my USC spouse has written letters to immigration after I have been granted permanent GC that fraud etc has been committed with them to obtain this GC after I filed for divorce. The divorce is still in court and I wish to travel overseas. I am wondering if there could be any issues on my return back to USA based on her letters and complaints. and what precautions I should take while traveling out. Any serious advice would be appreciated
