Green Card and Divorce

Ok Guys please listen to my sad story and answer my questions.

I fell in love with this girl in 93 back in college when I was a foreign student. Married her in November 2001 and was given my permanent Resident card in Dec 2003. I was immediately issued a card in the IR6 category; I am assuming because we were married for more than 2 years prior to the date it was issued. After close to 5 years of marriage I am ready to call it quits. My questions to the pros are....

(1) Does an IR6 card valid for 10 years mean that I never had to have the conditional requirements removed?
(2) Will this divorce affect me getting my US citizenship.

Side note she can be a very evil woman
Is there anything that I shouldbe on the lookout for? Does she have the power to say or do something that can have my ir6 revoked?

Now that you have permanent green card, there is nothing she can do about it.

You have your green card and you can keep it. Apply for citizenship later.

Nothing to worry about. You are all free now.

Almost the same but I need to be sure

My green card came in the mail April 24. On April 27 I found out my wife (a US citizen) was having another affair (5 in 7 years). I told her to leave and she moved in with him. I have started the divorce proceedings using Adultery as the cause for the marriage breakdown. She is now threatening to report me to Immigration and have me deported if I put Adultery in the divorce papers. Can she do that?
