Re entry in usa

My parents has valid green card for 10 year.they returned to home country on 2012 .green card validation is 2022.thay were not return to usa after 6 month .and stay continue abroad , now thay want to come back usa.how thay come and what is the procedure?

They definitely need a lawyers advice, that's a long time, if they try to come to USA the immigration officer might take away their residence card and tell them that they ABANDONED their status

For stay outside of USA for more than 11 months you need to carry Re-Entry Permit...which again allows just 2 years of stay out of USA at the most.
you will most certainly be asked to File Petition as your Dependants for them to join you once again...check Processing Times and Current Dates for expected times...
