Both my kids are US citizens by birth and currently all of us are in India. Can myself and my wife apply for work permit, immigration or GC so that we all can go back to US ?

How old are your kids? If they are below 21 years of age, you can not get any immigration benefit until they turn 21. After that, they have to start earning money, be able to sponsor you and then only you can immigrate to the US.
