I got my conditional gc through my wife which is going to be expired on 11/14/2016. However, my marriage wasnt working and I returned to Bangladesh last April to stay here and file a divorce. However, my wife came to Bangladesh afterwards and filed a false case against me and my brother and using her family power put me and my brother in Jail and also robbed my passport , greencard, social security card and NY ID. Afterwards, she left. In this situation what can I do to return to USA as my life is at stake here.

Forget US life for the time being. Figure out how to deal with your legal issues first and foremost. To an outside observer, your return to the home country sounds odd.

Yes, Bangladesh Police did that. I'm dealing with the legal issue here but it's very difficult situation right now. I came back cause I wanted a mutual divorce and get a life here in Bangladesh. But my wife and her mafia family was forcing me into this marriage. Now they are giving life threat to me and my family using police, which is very common here in Bangladesh. Contact the US Embassy for help.
You need a passport and the green card to come back to the US. You must come back before your conditional green card expires.
Once your green card expires, the US Embassy will not be able to help you.Comment

sometime is life u have to **** it until u make it. because these people are so powerful i would just bite my tongue until he got citizenship and get a divorce.Comment
