US Returning Resident Visa
Hi everyone! I really need help and answers to my questions... So here it is...
I am a SB-1 Visa applicant. I have already been interviewed as a Returning Resident last Sept 20, 2016. My Returning Resident Status was approved by the embassy. They sent me an email regarding my approval. Now my concern is, they have already give me a case number and told me to schedule an interview... For the 2nd interview which is the Returning Resident Visa interview, what are the documents that I need to bring? I am done filling up my DS-260 form. Do I still need to process my visa again? like how i used to do it before? Like I need a petitioner and affidavit of support? Do I still need those? Please help me guys! I am only given 6mos to process my papers. Your help is highly appreciated. God bless! Thank you!
