Here is my current status, I-140 approved, and the H1B with my current employer is valid thru 12/31/2018 (and stamped in passport).
Due to personal reasons, I need to move to India temporarily for 10-12 months, hence want to know if
1.Will I be able to enter on the same H1B with the same employer , as mine was H1B is cap exempt ?
2.This will have any impact on my approved I-140.
Any inputs would be appreciated.
