Renounced green card in 2013, now married to an different american

Hi there, I completed the immigratition process successfully in 2012. After my marriage fell apart. I renounced my green card. Now married to a different American, we are in the process of starting Immigration process again. My question is: on form I-130, when they ask Alien registration number. Is my past number valid and I should use it or since it is a totally different sponsor, do I leave it blank?
