Hi All:
My GC has just been approved. however, I am all set to move back to India since the GC was taking way long.
I understand that I can get a reentry permit to keep my gc and return within 2 years (if). Are there any sticky problems with this in terms of justification why I will be away for a significant period of time?
Please advise.
