  • ReEntry Stamp

Hi, we arrive back into the US yesterday, both my partner and I have greencards, our son is a US citizen. When we got back home I looked at my partners passport and saw that he was given a WT/WB visitor stamp for 90 days. He handed in his greencard to the officer so we don't know why he stamp his passport as a visitor.
Is there reason for concern ??? Should he contact USCIS or will everything be ok the next time he reenters.
Any info Is appreciated, Thanks for your help !

Also check if he has an electronic I-94 as WT; that would be concerning.

He should contact CBP, not USCIS.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
