Does anyone know if using tax credits will cause an issue for permanent residents waiting in line for ROC? Is there a way to circumvent that if someone used tax credits in the past?

still a proposal, not a final policy. it will be 6 months at least to implement if at all...
will be taken to court for sure, can't apply it to current tax credit holder as it is legal as per law as of now.

they can say from next year anyone claiming tax credit is not eligible but can't apply to a legal law as of now.
