I have received my physical green card in the mail around 4 months ago, But i'm still getting e-mails notification about my case status "We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time"!!

Thats just automated reply from DHS site every 2 weeks. You can disable it from your DHS account. No need to worry.
