Hi,
I am a green card holder since 2010 but I am staying outside US since last 7 years (in India). Now I am planning to go to USA in may 2019.
I am looking for scheduling returning resident visa in Mumbai. But all the times I see "currently there are no appointments available".
Don't know how to proceed if I cannot schedule appointment. Can anyone help me in this matter please?
