Conditional Green Card

Hey guys,

I received my marriage based conditional green card last year May 2018. But I am facing divorce now. We definitely entered our marriage in good faith but for reasons we could not match well and we have decided a divorce is a better choice than living miserably. I do not want to go through I-751 process, more hassle and long waiting time. Before I received my conditional green card I was a H1B visa holder. I was wondering if I can make my company apply for my Employment based green card now?

I doubt you can "make" your company do anything. Why not just file the I-751 Solo? It would be more work & time to start a whole new process. Better in my opinion to go for the 751 and only if it gets denied, go for the employment based card
