Applying for i131

I have applied for I-131 re-entry document about 5 weeks ago. I have neither received a submittal notification letter nor USCIS have taken money out my bank account. USPS shows that the application was delivered about 5 weeks ago. Can i send another application or do i need to wait? If i do send another application what will happned if USCIS recieved both application ? will both get denied?

6 weeks is awful lot of this, can you advise if you actually received this?

It took USCIS 6 weeks to take out money and send an application acceptance letter.
