weakness of immigration
For the most part many discussion on the issue of immigration have been those that surround the language of trust. thus it is for quite good reasons that many immigrants who fail to come to this country fail because of they lack the social leverage such as a family and social circumstances that would be justification for there return. However, I and many like me who came to this country with a green card know that we were priviledged. So, the question is how do we advise those back in places like africa, asia, and latin ameriaca.
Well let me start by exposing the flaw of visitational visa's. many Visitor Visa's are around because it is bad foreing policy to ban them all together. Banning people from visiting one's country not only create trade barriers and economic barriers but it is a practice that creates enemies business wise and politically. So the advious question is how does this help prospective immigrants. well first it reveal that they have reasons to come to america but the problem is their justification for there reasons. Now when we consider people going to interviews for visiting visa's we know that the immigration want proof they are only visisting. yet you country can't assure any immigration official that you would come back. furthermore a man in africa or latin america who has a wife and kids has more reasons at times to stay then to go back. thus there virtually no reasons that legitimize one's visit as an immigrant and one's permanent residency expect the fact that we socially choose these things.
we have the power to board place marry american women or men as well as those in our own cultures. These problems we must ask with out looking at the law because people are the writers of the law and can change it if they don't feel that they are bound to it's legitimacy. for example can the people in this world claim right to land and use it's resources base on there needs. if yes than why can't an impoverished person in the continent of african claim the american soil and rebuild himself. likewise why can't a billionair build businesses in foreign countries and make more while helping foreign economies.
