Follow to join petition for spouse and interview

Has anyone gone through this situation if so would you please kindly provide your experiences? If someone may have knowledge about this scenario,Please shade light on it. It will be really helpful.

I am preparing documents for my spouse's follow to join interview. I filed I-824 petition & it was approved last year and approval notice was sent to US embassy in home country.
However I have few questions which may or may not be issues in her interview.

My GC is based on EB3 for future employment and I never worked for GC sponsoring company. I am working for non-GC sponsoring company in similar type of job with I-140.

My questions:

1. Will this issue come up during her interview time that I did not work for GC sponsoring company?
2. Should I get a letter from GC sponsoring company stating reasons why
company did not have job for me after my GC approval?

Please gurus of this forum give your expert opinions.

After getting greencard, if you don't work for a company who sponsored you, that's a very big problem and you may loose your GC.
