My wife left me

My wife came from the Philippines and does have her green card. Im not sure where she is at with all this. I think she got her adjustment of status. She has left me, and honestly i think I have been fooled. She arrive here and married me in Feb 2004. Is there anything I can do to have her sent back to the Philippines. I would not have this attitude, but I believe I have been lied to and used in this situation..

If it is a marriage based green card, if you were married for less than 2 years when she got the green card, that would be conditional green card. She would have to remove the conditions 2 years after getting that green card otherwise she would loose her green card.

If you were already married for 2 years when she got her green card, there is nothing you can do.
