Conditional Greencard and divorce.

Hey,

I got married in Aug/2005 and my wife adjusted my status and I got the Conditional Greencard in Jan/2006. I have to remove the Condition by Oct/ 2007 but i have a lot of problems with my wife and we will get divorce soon. whats will happen in this case when i aplly to the removal of condition without her.

A friend of mine had a similar problem. He and his wife agreed to remain married until she got the ten year Green Card. Maybe you and your spouse have problems but maybe she doesn't want to see you deported either. Talk with her about it.
