Passport expiration and re-entering the US with a green card

How long does the passport need to be valid for re-entering the US when I have a green card? My green card is valid for another 5 years.

I'm leaving the US on Dec 19, returing Dec 29. My passport expires Feb 06, 2007. Will this be a problem?
