I hve a question want to ask that?right now I am
holding a us green card which is valid 2years , it will be expired on
2008,and now I want to go back to my country in vietnam for visit ,i might stay there one and a half month only.so when I return back to the US do I
have any problem to entry again to the US ?because as I heard that
starting jan 20 ,2007 all permant residence must hold re-entry permit to
return to the us instead of green card?is that correct? if this news is
correct so do I have to ask for one?and how long does it take?
