I married with an American July 2005 in Indonesia. My husband had an assignment in Indonesia that time. And we applying for a spouse visa in October 2005 and in January 2006 I recieve my green cad for 2 years validity (when we visited US for a month). Since my husband job is finish we when back to US in September 2006. In a very short time (10 days) in US we had to move to UAE for the next assignment and we didnt have the time to apply/process the I-131. We are planning to live in UAE at least for 2 years. Please advise what should I do to reentry US without any problems. Could I process the reentry permit from UAE.

You can't apply for reentry permit from outside US. You need to come to US, apply for it, and go back.
