Hello eveyone,
I'm applying for 10-year-greencard since Jan 2007, and they took photographs and fingerprints 4 months ago. Yesterday USCIS sent me a letter request more evidence such as bank statements showing that my husband and I have shared bank account, life insurance , birth certificates of our children , utilities bills , ect... But my husband has bad credit so we don't hold any check or credit cards together. Every month, he deposits all his checks to my bank account and I sign all the checks to pay bills. He and I just hold the same car insurance , our certificate of titles of 2 cars and cellphones. We haven't had any kids. We bought the house under my brother's name because of my husband bad credit, but I pay for the mortgage bills for 2 years. So, what should I do to show USCIS more evidence they ask for ? I want to write a letter to explain our situation but I don't know how to begin, somebody can help me please .
Best regards,
B N
