I have the urgent need for your advice!
I am the conditional resident GC holder through my husband, who is the citizen. I still have four days to think on this issue and have to go to the post office to send the file with all the documents for joint I-751 petition to remove conditions with my husband.
The problem is that I have only one affidavit letter from our land loard and it is a good one. And we do not have any single person on our minds who to ask for the second afidavit letter.
And as the policy on I-751 sais, that it should be "at least two affidavits", my question is: Should I send the only one letter of affidavit within my documents, or I should better not send any affidavits at all?.. I would like to send it, because it is really very well writen.
I would appriciate any advice.
