Greencard holder want to bring his wife in USA

My brother is greencard holder and he is going to marry in India and want to bring his wife to USA, could someone please
let us know what is the best option(time frame) to bring his wife to USA, I heard about K visa but I am not sure.
what category should he apply for his wife?
I would really appreciate it if someone give me some pointer on that.

Based on GC, count time frame somewhere near 2-3 years (5-years standard wait time).
K Visa only for US citizen.
Based on GC file I-130, I-864 and G-325A along with required documents to your USCIS service center.
