Dear Sir / Madam,
May I ask for your kind advice for my following question.
Me, my wife and 2 kids have collected our IMMIGRANT VISA to US (valid for 6 months). We plan to travel to US all together April.
Can my wife return back to Europe with our kids after 3 weeks of stay in US before
receiving SSN card and Green Card?
(The main reason for their retun is the kids school and they will come back to US after four months, then to stay permanently in US)
