  • Which form should I fill out?

Ok so here is the deal: I got my greencard yesterday (thanks God!) BUT it came with the wrong dates on it!!! According to the info on the card I became a resident in November 2006. However I had applied for AOS in December 2006, is this possible? Or should I make it clear with immigration? And if so, is there a form for that? I mean, for me it's better to stay with this one so that I can apply to remove the condition earlier. Any suggestions?
    Thank you!

    It is an administrative error.

You need to file form I-90 (without paying any fees). For a replacement card, due to administrative USCIS error.

Send the evidence of when you applied for the GC (your I-485 receipt copy), and the evidence of when you were approved (your I-485 welcome letter copy) along with the ORIGINAL Green Card you received with the wrong dates (make a copy of it for yourself first).

You can also, before you mail this, make an infopass to your local USCIS office and notify them of this, they may give you the I-551 stamp on your passport, valid for 1 year, which is as good as a green card, while you wait for the error to be fixed.
