  • Regarding I-751

    Hello all,

    Thanks in advance.

I came here on marriage and I got 2 years GC and now we are planning to apply I-751 (remove the conditional GC) but now my questions is actually before we were in Pennsylvania with her parents so my initial postal address was PA and now we moved to MI (she is with me) and I filled the AR-11 form and send it to USCIS as well. but haven't change SSN and GC address at all. but we have everything else coming to MI but I think USCIS still have PA address in there system ( if they are having AR11 informtion then not a problem).

    (1) so the question is where do I have to file this I-751 Michigan or PA? (both are having different place to send the form)

    (2) you know we have to submit 2 affidavit to prove our relation so do they people has to be live in the same town or we are get it from any where like NY or NJ or TX etc...

Please clear this matter for me.

    Thanks again in advance..

    1) to the service center with jurisdiction where you currently reside. and yes USCIS has your new info if you filed an AR-11.

    2) It should be from the town you live now.

        Hello needs help regarding I-751

        Hi,

I have filled I-751 with all the documents which needed to USCIS and also we filled it jointly. I filled it before week ago as my GC is expiring next month 4/24/2008 and today I checked my bank statement and it shows that they have CASH the check and it is gone through well. So the question is Does that mean my application is submitted or is there any chance that it will come back with problem(like I am missing this that...etc)? or now I will get letter form USCIS about my fingure print appointment... I am confuse as it is not showing anything that if the Check is cashed then application is submitted correctly.

any kind of help would be appreciated.

        Thanks in advance.
