Dear Immihelp.com,
I recently applied for a SB1 visa but was denied. At the time I was undergoing medical treatment but I did not show this as proof of medical incapacitation as to the reason why I couldn't return within a year of departure. The Consular officer made a judgment without seeing these documents. Can I reapply by filling out the same forms but this time submit the medical paperwork as well? or Can I appeal the denial of the application? I want to be able to show that I was medically incapacitated from returning to the consular officer, which I didn't show at the time of the application.
