Green Card Expired

My mother-in-laws GC had expired 1 year back
Can she renew her GC again ,if it is possible from where as she is staying in India for past 2 years.

There is no need to renew the GC... since she has LOST it already...

She can not be living in India for two years, without losing her permanent resident status... unless she had filed for a re-entry permit (i-131) less than 2 years ago?...

Green Card Expired

She did not apply for re-entry as she had decided not to come back.But now she wants to come back to she her grankids and stay with them Is there any way to renew her green card.Please help

No. She lost the green card permanent resident status. It can not be renewed once it is lost.

Someone has to sponsor her for a Green Card all over again.

Can she apply for visting visa .Will she be granted vistor visa if applied

She can apply for the tourist visa, but it will very hard for her to overcome immigrant intent suspicion.
