I'm preparing my I-751 petition and arranging for two friends to swear in affidavits that my wife and I have been married legitimately. I want to be able to tell them honestly what to expect, but I don't have satisfactory answers for them. So what is the most that the USCIS would ask of a person swearing to one of these affidavits, and what would be the most likely scenario? Any advice would be much appreciated.
