I751- to remove condition

Hi,

We are filing early next year and have all the required docs eg. bank acc, joint tax, bills, health insurance.

Now as we are preparing for next year we would like to have everything sorted out so that we don't run around at the last minute to sort things out. So my question is:
We most recently bought an apartment, but the only bad thing is it is in my husband's name because I wasn't here for the closing. We need proof that we are living together and have the bills, but how can we get a document about the apartment stating that we do live together as it is only in his name? The apt building is also co-op Any advice would help. please!

You need to speak with the title office, in your local court house to put it in both of your names. Check with your lawyer too.
