Retaining my GC

Hi

I just received my GC after a long wait, - however, my family circumstances are forcing me to relocate to India. If all goes well, I'd be able to return to the US in 2 years.

Any suggestion on how can I retain my GC?

as long as you return in less that two years you need to apply for returning resident perit, but might be required to wait in USa for biometric appointment
