Green card holder and calling fiancee

Folks,

I have green card since two years and am in USA.
Recently I got engaged and my finacee is in India.

I know I can file for her after my marriage but what is the quickest way to call her.
Appreciate if anyone can advise me.
1. Approx. how long it takes for her to get green cardafter filing
2. Is there any fiancee visa on whic I can call her immidiately??
3. Can I invite her on visitor visa on my sponsorship and meantime apply for her greencard after registering marriage here??

3. No. That will be considered fraud doing that with prior intent.

She can come on any dual intent visa like H1/L1 etc. She could even try for F1 before marriage but having you here will work against the F1 as well.

One more advise if you can give me.

If I go and marry now and apply for her on immigrant visa will take 4-5 years as you said.
Rather than After 3 years, will becomer Citizen, so I can apply for K1 visa, and marry here.

Which one is quicker option. Goal is to bring her at an earliest so that we can be together.
