I am a US citizen, My parents are green card holders, they came to United States through immigrant visa and got their green cards, They went back to India and got an extension permitt, due to my fathers sick they could"t come back to USA. Now my Father passed away, and I would like to bring my mother with me to united states, She keeping her Expired Green Card and a valid passport and her social security card . My mother is 65 years old living india alone. What are the necessary steps I need to follow up to bring my mother back to USA with me ASAP.
