Adjustment of status for Spouse who is on B2
Hi,
I got married when my application for I-485 was pending. I though I will concurrently apply I-485 for my spouse (who entered US on B2) after coming back to US after marriage. But we got late somehow and I got my Green Card. I still went ahead and applied for concurrent I-485. But the application was returned back saying the quota is not current.
I do not want my spouse to go back to India. Please help me with options I can pursue. I am not in a hurry for her green card but I want her to be able to stay legally with me in US until the quota becomes current.
