I have got my green card 4 years back. Due to some family issues I had to leave USA and came to India in 2007 February. At that time due to urgency I hadn't applied for Re-entry permit. Now I want to go back to USA almost after 16 months.
What should I have to do? Can I apply for Re-entry permit now? or Do I have to apply for Returning Resident Visa? Can you do this service for me? If so what is the procedure and let me know your fee details. Please let me know.
