My got his I 485 approved in November 2007.
He is only 7 years old.
In the approval letter they mentioned that they might need his finger print. They told me contact uscis after 90 days of receipt if there was no response for finger print for my son.
But so far no response from USCIS if they are going to issue Green card for him without finger print notice.
Since he had to go India I got his I551 stamp done.
I am not sure about his status. Does it mean he is already in Green card status.
If he is in GC status
Can I send him to India now as he has to spend 6 months in US for retaining the status.
An early response would be really appreciated.
