filling I 751

Hi,
I have few questions in regards with filling for removal of condition:

1) What other forms do I have to file besides I 751?
2) The affidavits can be written by members of the family? Should I send more that two?
3) I have a lot of bills, bank statements, and so on for the past few years, should I send everything?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated it.

1.) No.
2.) These have the least weight in the decision, two will be fine.
3.) Send a copy of each bill that has both of your names from the date the GC was approved until now. You do not need to send all bills for each month. Send January's Power, February's Phone, March's Water, etc.
